Do you love Plumeria? Do you love Frangipani? :D

Hi, all. How are you this Saturday?

We are "butter cup Bali" at Ubud, Bali, Indonesia(＾ｰ^)ノ⭐️

Today also is very hot in Bali.

Some people said already start dry season...

hmmmm,,,, (´･_･`) I don't think so. Usually winds will change and not feel moist too.

And when it's night, I felt so hot... When it's dry season, I get good sleep or feel cool.

Do you like Plumeria flower ?

Do you like a Frangipani flower ?

Well, Plumeria and a Frangipani are the same flower.

This flower is called a frangipani in English. Other name is "Temple Tree".

Most travelers to Bali like this flower. A very pretty flower.

One of our customers get merried Birthay of Plumeria. Because she love this flower so much.

So she use this flower for bouquet of her wedding ❤️

Do you know Frangipani has birthday? I know it at first time to hear from her.

However, a frangipani is used as the flower offered to the dead at Java of next to Bali.

It's offered to a muslim grave.

Therefore a Javanese person doesn't like this flower.

There is an implication different in different culture, isn't there?

How wonderful is "Soap Nuts" (((o(ﾟ▽ﾟ)o))) - 100% natural soap -

This hot similar with dry season but difference is so moisture....

I feel may be rain but no rain...Maybe now is near April????

Usually end of April until beginning May will change season from Rainy to dry...

Soap Nuts is 100% pure natural soap of natures.

Before the discovery to make a soap, some of natures help for washing.

Soap Nuts is also one of them :))

If some of you like silver jewelly, it is good soap for you because some Balinese also use it for cleaning the offering box "Sokasi" :)

【News for Good Health】

Yesterday I read out some blogs about "SEA SALT".

And the scales fall from my eye's,,,

They said "Sea Salts doesn't make high blood pressure."

" Our body lack of minerals. So had better take a much sea salt".

Wowwwww Σ(￣。￣ﾉ)ﾉ

A one of writer is traveler. He wrote it on abroad trip.

A country of his trip is made sea salt. And he met one book about sea salts and he thought this,,,

"I feel my body condition in this country is better than my country.... The reason is this sea salts !!!"

Writer of the book was a weak constitution before.

But after he met sea salts and use it for cooking. In the resalt he got good health.

To make raised blood pressure and other modern deseases are caused by Sodium Chloride !

Yes, "Salt" isn't a real solt... Generally sold called "salt" is actually not real salt !

What is written as "salt" on product label and "refine salt" is intended component called "sodium chloride". It included more than 99%...

The main prduct in which they are arranged in the shop is there.

Sea salt has mineral of potassium chloride, calcium, magnesium, etc...

Now we can get a salt easiler but it's difficult before the invention of "Ion exchange membrane method". Because salt is just "sea salt". So the price is expensive...Since the invention we can get salts easily but it was mainly to extract the "chloride" in this process. In the result other ingredients were made that would be elminated.

Wowww,,,,,, Dengue Fever again???? （ーー；）

Hi, all. Good evening . We are "butter cup Bali" shop at Ubud, Bali (^O^)／

A few day it continued hot day in Bali.

Yesterday I went out about 1 hour. Just it I got headache.

Maybe my condition is no good too.

When I dropped by "Warung" (stall) near of our office,I heard from hostess that many patients have been admitted to the hospital, and the hospital in Denpasar city is packed now.

Most patients etiology was Dengue Fever ❢❢❢ ((+_+))Yes, most of rainy season this desease is popular. And secound etiology is Typhus.

We said cause of Typhus is tired, no enough to drink, late take a Lunch.

Be careful ❢

I have a experience of Dengue Fever (+_+)

It's said to be careful not mosquito in the night but one in daytime.

Well, we are introduced now about our repellent a bug, anti mospuito product ❢

Of course this is natural product.

That is "Body Mist" *\(^o^)/*

This Body mist isn't for Body Fregrance.

It's for repellent a bug. We blended Essential oil what has a effect for repellent.

We have 2 type

① Lavender

This type is based Lavender Essential Oil.

② Citronella

This type is based Citronella Essential Oil.

Let's try to act meditation with us ☆〜（ゝ。∂）

Hi, all. Good aftenoon. We are "butter cup Bali" at Ubud, Bali, Indonesia (＾ｰ^)ノ⭐️

Today is Nyepi Day for us. Today is weedend for all of you. So we have a time.

Today is good day for maditation.

Let's togerther to act meditatation *\(^o^)/*

To act meditation is by nomeans difficults.

Meditation has many method. So we can try starting from light, basic meditation.

Meditation to act on the frontal cortex of the brain all. And this frontal cortex all, it is a place that is largely related to the human personality.

As a result of acting on the brain, it is said to bring the following effects.

· Worry and anxiety can be reduced

· I lower the stress

· Compassion becomes stronger

Concentration is take-and come to be come back and noticed it when the concentration is interrupted

· Creativity is rich

【Basic Meditation】

Basic that learner is better, and without thinking, only to slowly breathing.

In clear the inside of my head, that eliminate the negative thoughts that had accumulated, is one way the mind settles.

It was easy and simple, was not it? :D

The important is that you relax.

And another one.

This might be a little difficult....

【Methods of directing consciousness in breathing】

1. I will sit in a comfortable position in a chair. Floor even good.

2. I will close the eyes.

3. I will continue doing abdominal breathing from here. Let towards consciousness in breathing (here important). And then sucks the breath while inflate the stomach. Rather than the mouth, I think that tends to concentrate better to suck from the nose.
