To act meditation is by nomeans difficults.
Meditation has many method. So we can try starting from light, basic meditation.




Meditation to act on the frontal cortex of the brain all. And this frontal cortex all, it is a place that is largely related to the human personality.

· Worry and anxiety can be reduced
· I lower the stress
· Compassion becomes stronger
Concentration is take-and come to be come back and noticed it when the concentration is interrupted
· Creativity is rich





【Basic Meditation】

 Basic that learner is better, and without thinking, only to slowly breathing.
In clear the inside of my head, that eliminate the negative thoughts that had accumulated, is one way the mind settles.

【Methods of directing consciousness in breathing】
